World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades provide players with the ability to upgrade their equipment that they already own. This can be done at any upgrader NPC.

Prioritize upgrading your best-in slot items first. Then, upgrade the items that you aren't likely to replace anytime soon.
